Will not honor old plan
Just spent over an hour with customer service. My service was canceled and need to be "restarted" due to the change from ATT to the new company. Of course, they will not honor my old rate; the comparable new plan would be a three-fold increase. No longer a customer, but still pissed.

Increasing Rates
When I first signed up, I was promised 10.00 a month for the Live a Little package for life. Everything was going great for about a year. Six months ago they increased their rate. So now I started paying 15.00 a month. Now 6 months later, they raised their rates again to 10.00 more. I was their Beta Tester and got nothing in return for it. I used to work for a cable company and not even cable companies raise their rates every 6 months. I am extremely disappointed that I have to pay 25.00 a month now for something that barely works. I am dropping Directv Now and Iโm going back to cable.

Raising prices while dropping channels
Thanks for pulling the NFL network the week before the 2019 Draft, and a month after announcing youโre raising prices and dropping other channels too. So if I cancel Iโll never be able to get my current package back. Or I can stay and put up with your greedy b**lsh*t... Oh and you still donโt have an app for LG Smart Tvs or xbox/playstation? Go *** yourself Directv Now. Youโve officially taken Comcastโs spot of my least favorite company.

Tried to call your toll free number but only got 555 hours of your BS ads and *** up ideas!!!
Since we have no way to contact you idiots we will cancel our direct pay from our bank in the morning. 1-87*-577-**** is bs and when we called direct tv they told us we do not have a direct tv account and REFUSED to help us!!!

This morning I turned on or attempted to turn on Direct TV Now about 7 a.m it gave me the "oops something has gone wrong" error. It is now 2:30 p.m. and we are still getting the same message. All others Netflix etc are working. Can you give me an idea of how long this is going to be down?

I MADE THE MISTAKE OF CHANGING MY ID AND PASSWORD. NOW I NOT ONLY CANT LOG ON TO MY DIRECTV NOW ACCOUNT , I CAN EVEN SIMPLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE OR FIND AN ACTUAL WAY TO MAT CONTACT. WORST SERVICE HAVE EVER SEEN.

My DTVN went up $5 this month and no customer service number to call. A company run by AT+T and NO PHONE NUMBER? This is not even funny! *** Now they are saying they are raising rates $10 a month and bundle in stuff you don't want. They need to step back and look at why their customers are leaving and raising rates is the last thing they should do. Their last major upgrade was a disaster. This will be fun to watch them crawl out of the mess they created.

A very frustrated Customer
I purchased a package deal with direct TV now & at&t in August & was NEVER informed of going over my data or that there was an opinion of unlimited service!!! I been screwed ever since i switched 2 your company!!!!! Since August i have 2 technicians that never show up, been on the chat with 12-14 different agents, had a supervisor screw up my fire stick (after he screwed up my stick he was suppose 2 call me back in 15 minutes which he did not) which my fire stick was working fine b4 he had me do ALL of his so called tricks, had amazon support fix my stick!!!! Did i mention i was on the phone with several different agents (a total of 14 agents) for 6-7 hours twice fixing problems, even on Thanksgiving Day!!!! I could go on on!!!!!!
