Signed up for a 1/2 price month($30). Cancelled after first month but receive an email for another 1/2 price month($30).
When I checked my credit card, it showed 3 charges from direct now. Double billed for first month 3 days apart, then full billed for second month. Contacted customer support who after 45 minutes gave me a $30 credit.
So they charged me $128 when it should have been $64 so with the credit I'm still $30 short. Then to finish the insult, receive an email that service will end 1/1 at 7pm but service was cut off 12/31 at 12pm Should have known better as we had tried the Direct TV a few years ago and had similar issues but this will be the last time using any direct tv feature or service
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $30.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Variety of programing.
I didn't like: Deceptive fraudulent billing practices.
