Every night for the last 2 weeks, since Sept 14th, trying to watch anything has been a most frustrating experience. Constant buffering, malfunctioning guide, disappearing favorites, interrupted service.

I prepaid for 3 months to get their free AppleTV and if I was not paid up until November, I would cancel my service. They had better work these issues out or they will continue to loose subscribers. There are too many other more reliable options out there. They are not the only game in town now.

My advice would be to try another streaming service. DirectTV Now has a long way to go to become dependable.

The problem is not with the internet connection, all other devices work perfect during their outages.
