I have had this service for three months. We are having buffering problems and there is no way to contact Directv Now and speak to an agent.

We have had the internet provider come and do a trouble shooting and the problem is not the provider. I also called Samsung and I worked with their technical dept. but they were unable to identify any problems with my equipment. I looked on the internet and there are hundreds of complaints.

It seems that they don't care about their customers at all!!! POOR SERVICE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Free movie station has commercials and they have had the same commercial play four times in a row consistently interrupting the movie you are watching! This is a complete mess!!!!

Who is running this company??? They should be fired!!
