Directv Now - I cannot access the website to change package

I cannot access website and I was unable to reach anyone on the phone before they hung up on me. I am not happy with this service and would just like to cancel it now. I want it done before my payment is taken out tomorrow. Thank you. Kelly Samuels

Directv Now - Worst customer service

I literally talked to one rep, who was giving me no answers to why my service was charged twice. So then I ask for his Manager and I promise you. There was no transfer, he put me on a silent hold, and tried to change his voice. Which I could still tell was him because he told me the exact same thing , it was ridiculous. Att is a multi billion dollar company and their customer service is a joke!

Directv Now - Complaint

Cricket Wireless rep enrolled me in Direct tv now without my permission and I have been recieving charges. I have called DTV now rep by the 1800 number and was told to go online to opp-out. Seeing that I was not the one to sign up for it. I do not have an account number to give and im still being charged for the crap.

Directv Now - I was lied to

Was on the phone over 2 hours with a rep was told if i pay 133.85 my service will be on i did that he told me he had trouble and was going to xfer me to his sup well he xfered me to a voicemail took my money and still no service i would like to speak with the ceo office cause this was bad customer service i got .
