I signed up for the $35 promotion and although there were times I was ftustrated with freezing video I was pleased with the overall product. Then when the second month came up I got a messsge that I had to provide a new credit card since the one I used to sign up was declined.

My service was disconnected and I got a message to restart. When I logged in the price had gone to $50.

Of course there was no problem with my card and no customer service to contact. I wonder if this happened to only me or is their scam to cheat those who signed up for the $35 deal?
