I signed up for the $35 promotion and although there were times I was ftustrated with freezing video I was pleased with the overall product.Then when the second month came up I got a messsge that I had to provide a new credit card since the one I used to sign up was declined.

My service was disconnected and I got a message to restart. When I logged in the price had gone to $50.

Of course there was no problem with my card and no customer service to contact.I wonder if this happened to only me or is their scam to cheat those who signed up for the $35 deal?
