DIRECTV - Never Ending connection problems, now compounded with ANNOYING music
Ever since we have had Directv (1-2 years) we have terrible reception. Many times every day the programming stalls and gives error messages.
AT&T says that my internet connection is not strong enough. Well, for one, it is AT&T internet, and for another, when I stream Roku channel or Netflix, I rarely have play issues, so obviously something is different with Directv.
Recently, you started putting a screen on when it stalls that says something like we will be back after this short break. And now within the last week or so, you started putting a blue screen that says something like, we will be back after this commercial break, and it plays EXTREMELY ANNOYING elevator/on-hold phone type music, until the programming starts again.
It was bad enough to deal with the interruptions, but to listen to that music every time is about unbearable. Please fix these issues.

Netflix is not live streaming. Totally different concept.
Your internet is too week or you need a new router.
The majority of people donโt have problems. As for the music, donโt you have a mute button?
