My wife was trying to get your service for almost three weeks. The 1st technician that came said he needed a mount so no service that time so another appointment was made the technician never came then she had to make another appointment never showed up then when she confronts a technician in the building he has the wrong address and says he cannot install in our apt so we no longer want to keep trying to get your service and on top of that you just felt like taking my money without ever giving us service I WANT My MONEY BACK!!!!!!!
